We want to make buying dimensional letters and graphics from HowMac simple. We have included three downloadable pdf files for your use, a HowMac Terms Agreement (this form must be filled out and submitted with the credit app) a HowMac Credit Application and a HowMac Request for Quote/Order form. Just click on the forms you need to download, print them out and fax them back to us. It’s as easy as that! If you don’t have acrobat reader, we’ve included a link to get your free copy.
